The outward appearance of the building is dominated by a sense of timeless modernism in true Scandinavian style, with color and form being used to an eye-catching effect. The facade is anything but dull – the light-colored rendered surfaces, red brick tiling, and expansive glass surfaces only add to the already appealing overall effect. Lending a fresh new look to the surrounding area, the primary facade is presented on the sides facing Odra and Lastekodu streets, from which the building is best viewed and most visible.

Free reservation for up to 14 days gives you time to prepare for the transaction. During this period, you can arrange a property appraisal and find a suitable financial institution to finance the transaction. Once you're ready to purchase and receive your new home, the notarial contract will be signed.

/NOTARIAL CONTRACT

The Von Mühle apartments are ready. A purchase and sale agreement will be immediately signed with the interested buyer, along with a property rights agreement. In this process, the buyer will pay the full purchase price, and the ownership of the property will be transferred. After that, you'll be ready to receive the keys to your new home!

-the connection fee for the electricity network

-the connection fee for the water and sewerage service
-the connection fee for the central heating service

The facade of this modern apartment building is anything but dull – its light-coloured rendered surfaces are offset by red brick tiling, while expansive glass surfaces add a sense of lightness and the terraces on the top-floor apartments a touch of grandeur. The six-storey building features two floors of commercial premises and four floors of residential spaces, plus a basement level. The 1st floor is home to a restaurant, while the 2nd is hosting businesses. The basement is for house parking and storage spaces and the building’s technical rooms.
